Gemini Helpdesk

Technical queries about new Gemini proposals, or problems with your allocated Gemini programs, should normally be submitted via the Gemini Helpdesk. This will automatically forward your query to the appropriate AusGO staff member, and if they cannot answer your question, it will be passed on to someone at the observatory who can.

Gemini/Keck/Subaru Instrument Specialists

These are experts on particular instruments available on Gemini, as well as on Keck and Subaru via time exchange. You would normally contact them via the Helpdesk (see above), but here are their names should you wish to contact them directly.
